This coverage protects your facility in the event of property damage or third-party bodily injury caused by our work or our crews. A certificate of insurance naming your organization as certificate holder is provided with every written proposal at no charge. If your lease or property management agreement requires a specific coverage level or additional insured endorsement, request it at the time of quoting.
Every crew member working on your account is covered by workers' compensation insurance. This is not optional coverage for us — it is how we operate, because it protects both our employees and your facility from liability arising from a workplace injury. We do not use independent contractors or day-labor staff for ongoing accounts; every person on your job is our employee and is covered.
We carry a commercial surety bond. Bonding provides financial protection in the event of employee dishonesty or theft on your property. For facilities managers at multi-tenant buildings or properties with sensitive equipment, bonding is a minimum requirement for any cleaning contractor — not a differentiator.
